Zebyl is a business messaging product of Text Aspect Inc. (“Text Aspect”, “Zebyl”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on zebyl.com and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us in our forms (such as your name, business name, email address and phone number), information about your use of our services, and basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, using cookies.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your requests, provide and support our services, send account and service notices, improve our website and services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email delivery and the telecommunications carriers and text messaging providers that deliver messages), when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. Service providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from Zebyl / Text Aspect, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to provide support. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the carriers and messaging providers that deliver our messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; reply START to opt back in. Providing your phone number is optional, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us at the email above.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
